Wild Catch deals in fresh and perishable products including fish, chicken, and mutton. All orders are subject to availability, cut-off timings, and delivery feasibility.
1. Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement, provided processing or cutting has not started.
Once processing, cutting, or preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

2. Order Editing ?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited, including adding or removing items.
If changes are required
- The existing order must be cancelled within the permitted window, and
- A new order must be placed
3. Minimum Order Value ?
There is no minimum order value. Customers may place orders of any amount.
4. Delivery Charges ?
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Wild Catch reserves the right to revise delivery charges based on location, order value, or operational requirements.
5. Delivery Slots & Cut-Off Time ?
Wild Catch offers morning delivery slots only to ensure freshness and quality.
Available Delivery Slots:
- First Slot: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- Strictly available only for pre-orders placed before 10:00 PM on the previous day
- • Second Slot: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Same-day orders may be accepted, subject to availability
Orders placed after 10:00 PM are not eligible for the first slot under any circumstances.
6. Same-Day / Morning Order Requests ?
Customers who forget to pre-order may contact customer support on the same morning.
However:
Such requests will be considered only for the second slot (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
First slot delivery cannot be accommodated after the cut-off time
This policy helps maintain cutting schedules, freshness, and service quality.
7 .Delivery Timings & Serviceability ?
Delivery operations run strictly between:
- 7:30 AM and 11:00 AM
Delivery is subject to:
- Slot availability
- Cut-off compliance
- Serviceability of the delivery location
Wild Catch reserves the right to decline orders that do not meet these conditions./p>
8 .Payment Options & Security ?
Online payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways.
- All payment data is encrypted using SSL technology
- Wild Catch does not store card, UPI, or banking details
UPI payment at the time of delivery may be available, subject to service availability.
Wild Catch does not charge any additional fee for online payments.
9 .Product Availability & Weight Variation ?
- All products sold by Wild Catch are fresh and perishable
- Fish availability is seasonal and dependent on daily catch
- Final weight may vary slightly after cleaning and processing
- Product images are for representation purposes only
10 .Quality Concerns ?
Customers must report any quality-related issues within 2 hours of delivery.
Resolution, refund eligibility, and final decisions will be handled strictly as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11 .Customers are responsible for ?
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and delivery details
- Placing orders within prescribed cut-off times
- Being available to receive the order during the selected slot
Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may not be eligible for refund, as detailed in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Wild Catch shall not be liable for:
- Minor weight variations after cleaning
- Seasonal or catch-based unavailability
- Delays caused by unforeseen operational or logistical issues
