Delivery Policy – Wild Catch

Wild Catch ensures fresh, same-day preparation and delivery through a structured delivery system focused on quality, hygiene, and strict timing.

1. Delivery Areas ?

  • Deliveries are currently available within serviceable areas of Madurai
  • Delivery availability may vary based on location, route feasibility, and operational conditions

2. Delivery Slots & Cut-Off Time ?

Wild Catch offers morning delivery slots only to maintain freshness.

Available Delivery Slots

  • First Slot: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Strictly for pre-orders placed before 10:00 PM on the previous day
  • Second Slot: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Same-day orders may be accepted, subject to availability

Orders placed after 10:00 PM will not be eligible for the first slot under any circumstances.

3. Same-Day / Morning Orders ?

  • Customers who forget to place a pre-order may contact customer support on the same morning
  • Such requests will be accepted only for the second slot (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
  • Requests for first-slot delivery cannot be accommodated after the cut-off time

4. Delivery Timings ?

  • Delivery operations run strictly between 7:30 AM and 11:00 AM
  • Delivery is subject to: Slot availability, Cut-off compliance, Location serviceability

Wild Catch reserves the right to decline delivery if conditions are not met.

5. Delivery Charges ?

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation
  • Charges may vary based on order value, location, or operational factors
  • Wild Catch reserves the right to revise delivery charges without prior notice

6. Customer Availability ?

Customers must:

  • Be available at the delivery address during the selected slot
  • Ensure correct contact number and delivery address are provided

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect details may not be eligible for refund, as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Delay or Missed Delivery ?

In rare cases of delay due to operational, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Customers will be informed proactively
  • Resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis
