At Wild Catch, we deal with fresh and perishable products such as fish, chicken, and mutton. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to balance fairness to customers with strict freshness and quality standards.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Processing
- Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement, provided processing or cutting has not started.
- Cancellation requests must be made by contacting customer support.

After Processing
- Once processing, cutting, or preparation has started, cancellation is not permitted.
- Orders prepared or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. Refund Eligibility ?
Refunds are applicable only in genuine cases, including:
- Wrong item delivered
- Quality issues reported within the stipulated timeframe
3. Important Conditions for Refunds ?
- Any quality-related concern must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
- Supporting images or relevant details may be requested for verification
- Issues reported beyond the specified timeframe may not be eligible for refund
4. Refund Method & Timeline ?
- • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios ?
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Delay caused due to customer unavailability at the delivery location
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Orders placed after cut-off time requesting first-slot delivery
6. Final Decision ?
Wild Catch reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cancellations and refunds based on verification, internal quality checks, and operational feasibility.
