Fresh White Ooli (Yellowtail Oola) with firm, meaty flesh and clean ocean flavour, mostly sourced from hook-caught fish. Ideal for fish fry, Madurai-style meen kulambu, and Chettinad-style fish curry. Cooks well on medium flame—sear lightly or simmer gently to keep the fish juicy.
